OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Collection, Delivery and Delivery & Install Services

The majority of the goods on this site are offered in flat pack form and some assembly may be required, Our deliveries are carried out by one of 3 methods - Our own delivery service from our base in Derbyshire - Direct shipping from our suppliers - Parcel carriers (small Items) and Pallet carriers (Larger items). All deliveries will require someone to be home to accept the goods and sign for them.

 A50 Office Furniture ltd accept no responsibility for missed deliveries.

If you require Delivery & Install please contact us for a quote.

Delivery/Delivery & install costs are to be agreed at point of sale/quotation.

RETURNS

The Small Print

We will only accept the return of goods by prior agreement confirmed in writing. Return carrage and/or handling charges may be inccured. All goods must be returned in the same condition they were received.

We will not accept the return of new goods when the goods are bespoke made to order or have been purchased from any supplier on your behalf.

Damages or faulty items must be reported in writing via email within 24hrs of delivery.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The Information You Need to Know

The warranty term of each item is shown within the item description on this site. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure of parts within the specified warranty period. All warranty claims are subject to a thorough inspection of goods by ourselves or the maufacturer. Any warranty claims for items deemed to be damaged by misuse will not be honoured.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Our payment terms

All prices are GBP, Net and exclusive of VAT. All furniture quotations are valid for 7 days. 

Full payment is to be made prior to collection/delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments will result in delayed lead times and posponed deliveries. 

Bespoke and special order items are to be paid for in full at point of sale.

General information

A50 Office Furniture Limited (The Company) is GDPR compliant

Only necessary personal information is obtained and held for the legal running of the business.

Only necessary competent members of staff will have access to this personal data.

No personal data is passed to a third party without prior written consent being obtained.

No personal data is sold to a third party under any circumstances.

An opt in system is in place for Customers who wish to be contacted following the completion of a contract.

Hard copy personal data

Personal information is kept in cabinets that are locked overnight. The keys are kept in a locked safe, which is in a locked room.

Computer copy personal data

All Company computers holding personal data are password protected.

The Company Accounts computer is protected by a unique password.

All computers have firewall and virus checking software installed which is updated as necessary.

Storing old data information

Following completion of your contract with us your personal data will be held in storage that is locked overnight.

All personal data will be kept for a period of 7 years unless otherwise requested by yourself.

At the end of this period all personal data will be destroyed by burning/shredding by an authorised staff member.

Review

This is a non-contractual document. The Company reserves the right to review, amend or replace its content.
